We work hard to ensure we recruit the right person for the job and through our individual performance management processes, evaluate and develop the capability and competence of our staff.
We only use skilled painters and decorators who have NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications
Site Qualifications include CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS, PASMA.
Trained in asbestos awareness and first aid.

Our company history
SND Decorators Ltd was incorporated in September 2020; a Painting and Decorating company based in Cornwall.
Our mission is to provide high quality painting and decoration work on time, to minimise our impact on the environment and to train and develop all our employees.
The company is owned by three directors who have 75 years decorating experience. between them.
David Kay has over 35 years’ experience in the painting and decorating industry, managing contracts in excess of £2 million including Livewest cyclical, Livewest leaseholders, Ocean Housing, Cornwall Housing, Cornwall Rural, Diocese of Cornwall.
Nicholas Gough has over 40 years’ experience in the industry, starting as a painter and decorator, running his own successful business for 18 years before moving to Cornwall where he worked as a painter and decorator, progressing to project manager and eventually running contracts in excess of £500k.
Sally Rogers has over 40 years’ experience in various areas of Administration. Her qualifications include Advanced level Book-keeping and Accounting, AAT Level 4.
